Export/Dynamic Linked video in Premiere doesn't match comp in AE!

i'm pretty new after effects , not sure i've done wrong, composition appears different exported video file , preview in premiere when dynamic linked, it's few tiny changes i've checked many times , roto doesn't touch areas, there nothing should affect little pieces @ all. did track text onto comp use rotobrush add layer on top of legs walking past, text stays behind them, works in comp exporting 1 single frame jpeg isn't working!

without seeing comp or looking @ alpha channel of roto brush layer it's hard what's going on suspect user error. first thing may have gone wrong failing freeze rotobrush layer. when use rotobrush it  effect in comp, render matte using output module , select render , replace option. if freezing rotobrush not fix problem or if purging in ae doesn't reveal problem try isolating 1 layer @ time , making sure should be.

 

if fails, need see complete screenshot of comp showing modified properties (press u key twice) of layers giving problems. depending on how laid our comp may need see flow chart or nested comps. screenshots of error without details useless.
