Plug-in problems after CC2017 update

updated (like fool) cc 2017 today , previous plugins , scripts no longer there. thankfully have cc 2015.5 still in applications folder checked plugins , scripts , there. however, copying them across cc 2017 doesnt seem work. when relaunch, not appearing.

anyone know correct procedure?

indesign cc 2017 not support extensions based on flash technology. flash deprecated cc 2017. , missing support flash extend extendscript scripts work flash in sctiptui elements. if old scripts or extensions rely on that, @ least kind of extensions cannot installed anymore.

 

and real plugins written in c++ need update, because indesign cc 2017 uses new code base ( cannot open cc 2017 document e.g. indesign cc 2015 ).

 

scripts, not rely on flash technology should work cc 2017 worked cc 2015.
at least should see them in scripts panel, if copy them over. if can launched in cc 2017 depend on target directives given in code.
