from a free trial to a paid account

hi!

we looking using adobe connect webinar solution our non-profit organization , free trial start with, before subscribing yearly plan hosted service

 

1) once 30-days free trial runs out, can upgrade subscription keeping data have organized in connect-central during free trial: - example: seminar rooms, personalized layouts , pods , content, users , groups, content, etc. ?

or have start scratch @ end of trial? preserved , gets scratched?

 

2) difference in buying directly adobe online store (here: adobe connect ) or reseller ? pro & con please? , can free trial adobe , convert subscription via reseller?

you can't convert trial monthly plan.  reseller can convert annual plan however, branding included, fewer limits on expansion, more modules available, , lower cost.  provide free training daily, on top of adobe's free training, , based tech support.  why largest partner dedicated adobe elearning , web conferencing products.  provide ongoing account management through year in order more account.  available our company @ no additional cost.  adobe pays work thousands of clients.

 

if buy monthly, basics , nothing extra, paying monthly...

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...

PDFMaker Office COM Addin will not stay enabled

windows 10 ent 64-bit, acrobat xi pro (11.0.18), office 2013. user reported loss of "save pdf" functionality in word. checked com addins , "adobe pdfmaker office com addin" unchecked. checked it, closed word, re-opened word, found unchecked again. ran word local administrator , box remained checked (or unchecked) across numerous changes in state & restarts. per numerous pages i've tried following:   applied latest updates & ran repair installs on office & acrobat confirmed hkey_local_machine\software\microsoft\office\word\addins\pdfmaker.officeaddin loadbehavior set 3 checked file system permissions on pdfmaker directory. found them lacking added domain users read permission. run regsvr32 re-register relevant dll's removed & re-added com addin as noted, not issue if user local admin. thoughts on how enabled addin persist after closing word? thanks hi sherpa,   it seems loadbehaviour of addin has been altered in hkey_current_user hive , enab...
