Same PC and program but different Color value

i'm using window10 , illustrator cs6.

 

we use specific colors on every works every company.

 

but have problem.

 

we seted pantone chips our identity color.

 

after changed computer, realized colors pretty different compare works before changed

 

so checked color value, , saw cmyk value different

 

how can happen?

 

i thought color chips have intrinsic value why doesn't

 

so i'm confused, please me

 

i can't figure out what's wrong.

( when open file wasnt made pc, color value right, if copy color , paste on new file,

  same color chip's value change. it's rediculous. )

 

you need read on color management , how effects color conversions, if monitor preview. otehrwise there's nothing worry - spot colors based on fixed formulas, if appear different o ndifferent screens, whole point. however, proper print woirkflow should learn cm.
