Mousedown on Radio Button?

i've got radio button , text field.  if clicks "red" on radio button, i'd text field greyed out , disabled.  if click "blue" on radio button, text field should normal , enabled writing.

 

how access code radio button (mouseup event?) make happen?

this may achieved using javascript, here example: how activate/deactivate form field text boxes clicking check box field on , off? (pdf forms javascript)

to access javascript object (text field or radio button). when in prepare form mode, right click on text box , choose properties > actions. select trigger option , selection action (choose javascript).
