Illustrator always clicks so that I can't choose a button

dear sir or madame

 

i have windows , want use illustrator.

 

if open file, illustratr click can't choose button. example: want click on "datei" cursor click once again , windows closing.

 

i have uninstall programm, doesn't work.

 

can me?

which version?

which system?

what kind of pointing device use?

 

is there software installed enhances behaviour of pointing device?
