Can you add a stroke to outline the page?

i files set @ smaller letter size.

right now, if pdf file has white background, have bring photoshop , add stroke page print page boundary.

can add stroke page in acrobat?

apologies may not have understood question.

please share workflow following , trying accomplish , if referring printing file stroked text then, not option in application.

however, reading purpose may try these steps , see if works:

go edit>preferences>accessibility>check mark "replace document colors" option>page background>choose color , save changes.
