Saving Brushes in PSE

hello. had created watermark in pse 13 , saved fine until purchased snow action set came brushes , tried load them , somehow, neither 1 of them saving can find them in pse. have reload need every time need them. there missing? have researched online , tried few different things , nothing working...

 

also, weird, 1 place said create brushes set , save them within c drive...i went way pse 13 there no presets folder wanted me save to. problem?

 

i appreciate getting annoying.

i don't have psev.13, have here:

 

if on windows, path -- c:\program files\adobe\photoshop elements 13.0\presets\brushes

 

note: on 64-bit os path c:\program files (x86)\ . . .
