Deactivation Error on Mac but no Adobe Digital Editions listed in library/

adobe digital editions has worked dream forever on mac until today , seems creates error.

 

this morning when downloading book library got following error message:

io error on network request.

 

so naturally contact overdrive thought error on specific book. asked me repair user permissions, uninstall adobe digital, restart computer , reinstall.

so , next thing know following error message:

error getting license. license server communication problem:

e_act_not_ready

 

so @ forum see should deauthorize account , reauthorize. perfect. try deauthorize , following message: unable erase authorization.

 

so find advice on here go /library/application support/adobe/adobe digital editions. however, don't have adobe digital editions listed here have only:  /library/application support/adobe/flash player install manager

 

so ready chuck computer out window , if there other option adobe digital editions history, try adobe live chat, , unhelpful can't believe it. option read offered here told them great didn't have folder/files supposed delete, can't me.

 

i have found lots of suggestions fix deauthorization error include folder don't seem have.

 

can me? has had or seen same problem? there anywhere else can file?

windows:

 

    close applications.

    choose start > run.

    in open text box, type regedit , press enter. registry editor opens.

    in left pane of registry editor, locate following registry key: hkey_current_user\software\adobe\adept

    select adept key.

    choose file > export.

    in export registry file dialog box, select selected branch under export range. enter name , location backup registry key, , click save.

    right-click adept key , choose delete.

    in confirm key delete dialog, click ok.

    close registry editor.

    open adobe digital editions , reauthorize.

 

macintosh:

 

    quit adobe digital editions.

    navigate /users//library/application support/adobe/digital editions , drag activation.dat file trash.

    open adobe digital editions , reauthorize.

shape alpha vs layer alpha in cc library

i noticed bug or unfortunate flaw or isn't supported yet. set layer percentage of transparency if shapes overlap in layer not make dark line in overlap , faster set layer , make shapes rather make shapes , edit transparency after making each shape.   for reason shapes don't work when going illustrator photoshop, after effects or animator. reason settings layer transparency ignored shadows come out solid colors. yet if remove transparency setting on layer , re-add shape works fine.   this not big of deal normally, have thousands of graphics transparency on layer huge amount of work try , utilize them via cc library. i think 1 feature request form: illustrator feature request/bug report form More discussions in Illustrator adobe

Photoshop CC 2017 - Ruler Tool - Error 8007...

hello,   just after installed latest version , update (cc 2017), used ruler tool when clicked on [straighten layer], photoshop said "could not transform because initial bounding rectangle empty."   so, clicked on [ok] button , then...photoshop said: "error... error 8007:user cancelled operation line:222 ->     layerref.rotate( angle * 180.0 / math.pi );"   here screenshot: https://s22.postimg.org/rttfh7mwf/photoshop_error8007.png   i don't think kind of error users me, developers. so yes, apparently...there error in script, guys...         p.s : update (cc 2017) is a real disaster on windows 10 professional 64bits because after update, couldn't open, create file or open document anymore! when tried close photoshop, illustrator or program, still running in background weird reason!
