class action lawsuit

i have never heard of more shady business model in life. signed free trial, told cannot cancel without paying it. today received call saying payment first month , second month. though haven't paid first month in first place. have locked in , keep charging monthly service can't use until pay cancel. if have been screwed adobe please email me @ [removed personal info]

i'm putting case class action lawsuit.

i see signed 10 images/month plan first month free.  plan can cancelled within first month if not wish continue.

 

it appears plan wasn't cancelled there attempt charge renewal on 22nd of october not authorized.

 

when contacted support on 24th advised subscription suspended due payment issue. advised pay pending payment cancel. because subscription cannot cancelled while in suspended status.  i'm sorry wasn't explained , address teams.

 

the subscription has been cancelled , there no charges associated it.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
