background color of inside front and back cover Lightroom Book Module

i can't seem change color of background page of inside front or inside covers. defaults white.

 

also, when click on inside front or cover in book module, in either double-page spread view or multi-page view, in main window, instead of seeing page in preview window see either first page (if click on inside front cover) or cover (if click on inside page).

 

third, background color of pages in main window not match background color of pages in preview window. example, first few pages of book have white background, whereas remainder of book has grey background, shows in preview window when click on page in main window, yet main window shows pages in grey. result, in order check colors of pages have click on each 1 individually check color in preview window.
