strange comments format on blog

hi, i'm new muse , setting feed wordpress blog.

 

having followed instructions can't figure out what's going on comments.

at bottom of post shown "add comment" in big, blue, blurry letters , can't work out how change / remove / reformat this.

can please?

it looks have placed custom html code or used external widget this.

 

in first scenario have make changes in code desired results, , if widget need contact seller getting done.
