PSE 8 Error Code 150:30 After Time Machine Backup

i have gotten error code 150:30 "licensing has stopped working" in past when opening pse 8, went away once restarted. recently, tried out os x el capitan on 2007 imac , did not reverted 10.6.8 through time machine backup. error code 150:30 when try open , doesn't go away after restart. cannot find flexnet publisher anywhere on hard drive can't try of fixes adobe lists. i'm not sure reinstalling it, because can't open program deactivate serial number. advice on should appreciated!

if have 10.6.8, should easy.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
