Proxy Issues in Premiere 2015 - CC

encountering new issue have never come across before. trying edit project proxies have created 4k files. have created , linked files nothing seems happening in project when toggle proxies on , off. video is  lagging , seems have been imported 4k footage in odd color space. went , looked @ actual proxy files , play fine , nothing files playing in premiere. nothing original 4k files? there way tell if working proxies or original files? please walk me through this. have sync footage worried may have start again.

did "manually" create proxy files, or use dialog boxes via "ingestion" process during importing files prpro created proxies?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
