Fatal Error in Captivate

hi there,

 

help! have deadline tomorrow , captivate playing up. every time open file following error message. can advise on please? thank you.

first, establish whether issue related actual file opening or whether it's conflict file on system.

 

does captivate crash if create new blank cptx file, or open other existing project?  if not, issue component of current project.  may have become corrupted.  if so, have earlier backup version of same project date before started crashing this.
