Developer a web browser with Adobe AIR

i need create company custom browser in adobe air first possible create adobe air , how make this?

 

second: if client no have flash player in machine can open browser , view apps in flex browser?

to answer first question, yes* can using htmlloader class in air. having said that, welcome great expectation.

 

*air has 7 or 8 year old version of webkit built in htmlloader class uses rendering web pages. because of this, html/css/js may not render or behave expected based on experience current web browsers.the air community has been officially waiting 2 years adobe either update webkit version built in or provide different solution htmlloader desktop air apps.

 

to answer second question, believe so**.

 

**you have use air21 forever , time. based on release notes air22, states, "starting in air 22, applications play swf content via html control (webkit) load system level npapi flash player provided adobe (https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer).  if plugin not available on system, end user prompted download , install plugin adobe.". implies air has bundled flash player air since air first released , air22 release, no longer case. so, if understanding note correctly, should able deploy air app using htmlloader class create web browser can load swf files long swf files created targeting flash player 21 or lower.
