Activity Stream Missing - Creative Cloud Desktop App


i had reinstall creative cloud desktop app after failed update latest version. followed adobe's directions on how uninstall , reinstall app. reinstallation seemed go ok except activity stream history has gone blank except 1 item logged in 400 days ago. how can activity stream information?
