Watermark disappears the next time I open the PDF

greetings,

 

no luck far searching forums this, apologize if has been answered somewhere.

 

i have few pdfs client wants watermarked proofing purposes. can add watermark, set want, set angle , opacity, etc... apply pages , multiple documents, no problem. seems no matter do, watermark not save document... next time open it, gone. i'm sure i'm missing basic thing, i've been through dialog boxes few times , cannot seem find error. can enlighten me?

we unable reproduce issue @ our end , need this.

 

i have few questions me deep issue:

  1. what version of acrobat pro dc using?
  2. what os version of system?
  3. can please share files facing issue with, if not confidential?
  4. can provide exact steps led issue @ end?
  5. can please share screenshots or screen-recording/screen-grab regarding issue being encountered @ end?

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
