bug report - Photoshop ceases to work while starting the program

hi. report bug on photoshop. problem emerged couple of days ago after updating program. older version used work current version malfunctioning. how looks like: when i'm trying start program opens after alert appears says 'the program adobe photoshop cc 2017 has ceased work. program stopped because of problem. system windows close program , inform if solution found.' i've translated english gist of it. summarize, thing can close program , that's it.

to honest, i'm dissatisfied maintenance since despite monthly subscription such problems emerge quite oftenly. furthermore, there insufficient ways contact in order receive thorough support. there used emergency line online chat technical support (in polish) ?

i hope find solution problem possible.

when photoshop crashes should @ details int crash report see failing module is.  note have not reported problem adobe.  adobe user forum users of adobe photoshop try each other out.  before reporting problem adobe should first search see if problem has been reported see if there fix or if adobe working on one.  a  idea search forum also.  if not first heve problem see status is. in 20+ years of using photoshop have been first report problem around 5 times.  report problems on adobe feedback site: photoshop family customer community
