Bridge CC 2015 Output Module not available after installation on Windows 10

i on windows 10 bridge cc 2015 (version 6.3.1.186 x64).  had output module working on earlier version of windows cc updated latest version.  after downloading and  installing output module (and absolutely sure files in correct locations), started bridge cc 2015 , got message saying new extension has been added, when bridge opens there no output entry listed in workspace list.

 

i should point out, in case somehow relevant, output module download instructions specify files copied program files\common files\adobe\bridge cc extensions folder.  however, installed on pc program files\...\bridge cc 2015 extensions.  tried renaming folder eliminate "2015" name made no difference (still no output in list).

 

if open preferences, there output pane.  file !!-$$$adobeoutputmodule.workspace file not exist in folder \utilisateurs\user-name\appdata\roaming\adobe\bridge bridge 2015 workspaces (although there corresponding files of other workspaces).   i've seen removing file mentioned possible solution problem, file not there.

 

i have installed same version of bridge on laptop , not have problem (as on desktop).  output workspace available , works fine.  laptop on windows 10. , record, output module installation folder program files\...\bridge cc (i.e., not have 2015 in name on desktop).  may red-herring thought worth mentioning.

 

perhaps worth mentioning desktop pc (the 1 problem) purchased in france , c:\users directory named c:\utilisateurs.  hard-coded references c:\users problem.

please download aom_package_win64 again on machine , remove files have copied far under bridge folder directory.

 

now copy locations paste in run box (win+r) , press of open , copy file 1 one.

 

c:\program files\common files\adobe\bridge cc 2015 extensions -                           adobe output module

c:\program files\common files\adobe\bridge cc 2015 extensions\workspaces -      adobeoutputmodule.workspace

 

launch bridge , check if works.

 

how install adobe output module in bridge cc
