Best GPU for photoshop, Ai?

hi. i'm writing because i'm planning on getting new laptop work. (photo retouching, vector tracing , painting)

 

i got 1 thought enough, since wherever go tell you don't need power photoshop, howerver i'm dissapointed since when installed 1tb ssd, still way slow using smudge tool @ 2% on painting @ a4 canvas of 300ppi. can handle tasks , faster results, i'm not getting, very slow when i'm paiting on graphic tablet , start fast sketching or using brush isn't common round brush @ painting.

i thinking msi ce62 because find attractive i7 6700hq 16gb ddr4 ram, 128 m2 ssd , of course 1060 gpu, i'm not sure if best choice me, since price high i'm concerned if go cheaper model same specs lower gpu 970m or 960m. don't gaming on part i'm sure wouldn't miss power in case there wouldn't difference photoshop (i use most), or if have suggestions of different models other specs i'm open them. want can make reoutching/painting less painful

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
