Printing Document sizes

i seamstress , buy lot of pdf patterns designers prefer using adobe printing out patterns. problem pattern pieces never line right , think i've figured out why. current settings letter under document on print window lists: 7.0 x 10. , 8.5 x 11. i'm wondering if added 7x10 throwing off alignment of pieces. i've pressed every single thing in print window nothing takes away 7x10 shows 8.5 x 11. there way set prints 8.5 x 11? tia

the actual size of document : 7.0 x 10.0

this not has been added manually under print settings. actual size of document 7.0 x 10.0 , changes per size selected print.

what size have selected print document?
