Computer Crashes / Won't Reboot after either Import or Scrubbing.

been trying troubleshoot problem couple days now. run ppcc17 on mac simple editing of video gaming clips<1 min in length. of 2 days ago - computer shutdown , not allow restarted couple minutes (after switching outlets) when trying consider 'intense' in program. seems happen when import more 1 clip, scrubbing much, or try drag more 1 clip sequence. set rendering 'mercury playback only' had suggested previously. have tried render while i'm working...it still shut down. complete novice in video editing , program have 'youtube' basic stuff create content. have clue why seemingly happens program? hardware problem? specs above.

not sure why system crashing, should delete cache files. don't delete them preferences  panel.  go finder , delete them there. thing whenever system misbehaving, yours is.  delete preferences.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
