Wierd green bars in large panormas

i pretty large panoramas (this 1 71,000 x 6000 pixels, 7gb or so) using 20 images, although try stop @ 18.   assemble them 4 or 5 times them work.  see artifact on regular basis, there, not, when same.   program gets squirrely on me files big, kind of expect it, 1 have yet figure out. 

 

anyone know causes it?

 

also know if there size limits smart objects?

please go edit > preferences > performance , uncheck "use graphics processor" click on ok , relaunch photoshop.

 

then save image , let know outcome.
