Timeline in PE 12 will not render

i have read forum questions regarding , still not able come solution. finished project , want render before burn. here specs

 

premier elements 12

windows 10

gray tabs span entire timeline

video preview "same project"  236 gb

imported clips 1050x750

450 clips

 

settings  dslr

time base 29.97

frame size 1920 x 1080

pixel ratio square pixels (1.0)

 

are there suggestion help? first portion of project rendered , there sporadic orange , green lines on rest. when try render starts briefly , quits. revert beginning of project.

is there yellow-orange line along top of timeline?

 

can post screen capture of timeline forum can see looks like?

 

btw, model of camcorder video coming , format video file? 1050x750 not standard resolution. if video screen recording software (like snapit) may need convert video variable constant frame rate.

 

also, please confirm have quicktime 7 installed, per program's system requirements.
