New 2016 Macbook Pro crash issue outputting to ProRes?

i've tested 3 or 4 different ways , i've tried outputting different project files. here's deal... , i'm curious if else has had issue new mac book pro.

 

first off,

i have updated cc software.

i have late 2016 brand new mac book pro, os software date. 16gb ram, solid state drive 1tb, 2.9 ghz i7,

 

i'm working sony fs7 footage. when try output 4k, or 2k prores, prores lt or proreshq file, starts encode clip 3-4 minutes , crazy pink, pixelated frozen death screen takes on whole screen (image attached).

 

i have no option @ point other shut computer off , reboot because nothing responds , screen starts flashing.

 

i'm crossing fingers either mac update or creative cloud update helps solve issue.

 

computer shuts down while using gpu intensive applications  may help
