Integrate into Wordpress

i working on website client incorporate pdf's build in sign. need have forms added site signature option , fillable. similar see online tax forms.  had suggested using plug-in company going using sign in facilities , wanted keep same having specific form state need use. possible have document embedded in site, include sign feature , work same way or best have "link" sign document them use. not familiar sign keeping secure due form information priority. might not thinking right way, suggestions appreciated!

you can user widget feature in adobe sign account create link of document , can embed link on website.
