Audio crashing premiere

i upgraded pp 2017, when attempt import audio or open previous project audio in it, entire computer drags freezes entire computer. have shut computer down manually, cannot continue projects. happens when ingesting large video files.

in instances, appeared hang , freeze while conforming audio files.

this issue seemed start after rendered project.

i have attempted clearing cache , resetting preferences. have attempted reinstall older versions no luck.

 

 

everything else run works fine. please share insight on problem be?

i'm operating on four-month old macbook pro 15-inch, 2.5 ghz, 16gb/256gb , using g drive slim external.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
