Serial Number Errors

have had adobe acrobat standard dc 3 months , still can't use it.  every tech support guy pushes me else leads infinite hold period followed disconnection.

apparently no 1 @ company can guide me in solving simple activation problem.  3 phone calls on hour , 3 chat sessions later.

i download product, use redemption sn , adobe tells me not valid.  simple fix right?  there no 1 @ adobe qualified help.   need go school phd resolve this

do have subscription or perpetual license?

if perpetual license enterprise/volume license or single-suer license?

and license show in account, adobe id
