Action Based trigger email

i going create trigger based email campaign workflow. first email kept general , after according customer behaviour, email should trigger.

e.g.- if customer drop-off completing payment triggered email should go customer.

you have enable sort of analytics on website capture cart abandonment.

campaign allows make use of web tracking module adobe campaign.

 

then tracking , website tracking details recorded in trakcinglogrcp schema can later query in workflow fetch target recipients.

 

now have check clicked on link in email, out of these clicked on buy link , compare them invoices table see if purchase made or not.

 

the purchase information have imported somehow campaign database reconcile finally.
