Problem to export mp4 with sounds

i have problem export mp4 sounds.

 

i've added new layer mp3

 

and export mp4 using encorder.

 

finally, not hear sounds.

something came recently. if have sound layer starts in frame 1, , it's set event, won't appear in final video. either move sound frame 2 (while adobe fix real issue), or set sync of sound stream. stream sound in frame 1 exports ok.
