Mving to new computer

i have acrobat pro xi on computer,  replacing computer , want transfer ap xi new computer,  how this?

deactivate acrobat on old computer.

 

then install acrobat on new computer, providing serial number used install acrobat on original system. (note cannot copy on installation directory system another!)
