Creative Cloud.exe =onOSstartup=false not working?

i trying disable creative cloud application starting on logon

the reg key located at: hklm\software\wow6432node\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run

the key in there is: "c:\program files (x86)\adobe\adobe creative cloud\acc\creative cloud.exe" --showwindow=false =onosstartup=true

logic suggest changing =onosstartup value false stop application starting on login

sadly not. cannot find list of parameters check if there other value's can use disable this

deleting key entirely prevents application starting @ login if updates inject key in there again , un-doing start setting

i have tried deleting =onosstartup parameter no change still starts on login
