Cant start creative clouds because of update

i start creative clouds need update it, start update , says cant update (code: 1002) , click buttom , leads me adobe start website... supposed do?

sign out , in cc desktop application using same adobe id used pay subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

restart computer , retry updating

then try updating.
