Cancel my subscription

i have been trying cancel subscription. want cancel it  don't understand why has been auto renewed. extremely unfair , unprofessional. cancelled , last 3 months did not consent refunded. have tried doing through online chat 1 of employees keep closing chat. unprofessional , poor customer service. if not happen taking further fair trade australia , talking bank taking fees did not approve.
