Browserfill is showing "wrong way"

so have problem i've put rectangle , filled image background mobile layout, when scaling browser doesn't scale correctly (way scale) , shows browserfill color underneath, don't want shown @ point when scaling browser mobile sizes.

one way done if work put image browser fill, image fill browser in desktop sizes don't want happen.

 

this image might understand mean. don't want solid brownish color showing while scaling browser size different, should filled lighter texture top of it, although pinned bottom of screen doesn't seem in that.

can try using background image instead of background color page?
