Batch processing with an action - stops to save file each time

switched on photoshop cc cs6.  brought actions on (convert cmyk/300 dpi).  when run on folder of images, stops @ each image , gives me jpg save window.  used convert, save on own , move on next image.  tried rerecording action in cc , got same results.  ideas?

show action expanded steps can see options recorded , show yout automate>batch settings.
