Two Invoices - Wrong invoice paid - No Product
i ordered 15 licenses cc our company, got invoice , 1 week later invoice.
then asked customer support invoice should pay. told me second invoice ok, 1 paid.
i informed company ist sitting in ireland , sends invoices.
then counter started trial version - , since trying clear situation -
and cant work software paid, since 2 days.
everybody call support or sales telling me trying escalaet nothing happens.
i can't reach person can me.
does have tip can - call - or should ask lawyer me ?
if in trial mode there nothing preventing working software - trials fiunctional.
the lawyer not better results , rather expensive approach getting purchase resolved. should continue contacting adobe customer support. 1 of employees helps in these forums might able expedite assistance if contact thru private message (https://forums.adobe.com/people/rajashree%20bhattacharya ).
contact support - link below click still need help? option in blue area @ bottom , choose chat or phone option...
make sure logged in adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear cookie cache. if fails connect try using different browser.
