not a valid pdf document

my accounting program sage sends pdf document of direct deposit form every week employees. sonim cell phones (android based) can not open document. says "error. document cannot opened because not valid pdf document." have adobe reader on phone.  can open document on computer through email no problem. once open on computer , forward email on phone can opened not directly accounting program email. file size on email on computer 7.5 kb  but  file size on phone says 48 b pdf. mean , why can't open it?

i assume that, when opening document on computer opening running on runtime program not same case mobile (android) device.

in scenario, need check  vendor configuration, developed accounting program sage.

that why not supporting mobile device or needs changed in program settings, when try open document accounting program should work.
