Is the Adobe acrobat reader the correct app for me?

hi! have question app , it's compatibility phone , needs. not tech savvy when comes word, hancom, adobe... have document need fill out fields , sign @ bottom. have samsung galaxy j7 2015 , hancom office viewer came pre-installed on device. can't seem edit app. google searched how fill out document on samsung galaxy j7 2015 , adobe acrobat reader first thing popped up. able utilize app needs? again, need fill in fields provided , sign (signature) bottom , email back. have samsung galaxy j7 2015. if can please me, appreciate it. thank time, joy.

it free application can install play store on android device.

you can use adobe acrobat reader work on pdf in mobile device free application.
