Creating a Release Build

help! have used basic example in sdk basis create plug-in, works fine on machine built put on machine, , discovered because in debug mode, using debug version of c++ libraries aren't distributable, when change release build doesn't appear add-in (it signed , reader enabled).

 

i don't know missing \ should doing in work, has been ages since have done in c++ many many options in project properties lost in time.  have spent 4 days , not made progress.  can help? or @ least point me areas check? people ask.
