Adobe Audition Stuck at 0%

hi there! appreciate if 1 me out...

 

my adobe audition stuck @ 0% when saving, rendering, , exporting. buttons on side stuck @ 0 percent.  how can tell if program able export, save etc has been hours? genuinely appreciate if me... thanks!

 

the circle progress bars stuck @ 0%. please help. thanks!

the first thing i'd check that, when selected file path session , it's content saved, specified valid.  know see similar if i'm working to/from external hdd , accidentally unplug drive. 

 

second, if file path valid, double check have sufficient disk space available you've specified.

 

even if think it's good, i'd cancel save , save (or export) different name , location.
