attempting activate copy of adobe acrobat pro receive message activation server unavailable error code: 2424

could please confirm version of acrobat trying activate?

 

if it's acrobat 7 please informed adobe no longer supports cs2 applications, released in 2005. adobe advises against running unsupported , outdated software.

however, can refer below workaround, make sure system compatible acrobat version avoid issue:

- "activation server unavailable" error in adobe cs2, acrobat 7, , audition 3
