Needing help with the basics (CS5 to CC17)

is there adobe video introduces subscribers cc upgrade cs5?

 

i ask because i'm going crazy attempting accomplish tasks extremely easy , tool activations easy locate.

 

--  cannot find way make toolbar appear atop source code panel. appears source code , related external files.     (  ; - (

 

--  upload/put icon or button? i've completed page cannot life of me find or how make appear.     (  ; - (

 

there's nothing intuitive cc 17. how , can subscribers find out how orient user interface?

the toolbars can found under window > toolbar (common, document , standard). unfortunately, can no longer docked in single horizontal bar across top of screen , 1 of them can't docked horizontally @ all, it's vertical-only bar (the common toolbar). document , standard bars can docked application frame across top of screen. common toolbar can docked other windows, aside document window.

 

the upload/put icon removed several versions ago , 2 step process of clicking up/down arrow icon in either code inspector window, or same icon under windows > toolbar > common. highlight file want transfer in files window , hit ctrl + shift + u upload it.

 

it may worth reading adobe's known issues page here: dreamweaver | known issues | dreamweaver cc 2017 other problems known dev team. of them minor, there @ least 1 major bug make using program bad idea developing in javascript.
