How to Retrieve Dimensions of Resized Image?

i using mock-up of layout made in indesign using low res image files, , make final images in ps, have them sized (in print dimensions) in indesign. don't see right-click property type menu items show resized size? how information?

 

if that's not clear, here example: took image , dragged a4-size indd. scaled down fit part of page. how new print size of image relative a4 page (without using rulers, imprecise , tedious)?
