Canon Print Studio Pro not opening with Photoshop CC 2015

help please.  please read end.

i.  printer  imageprograf pro 1000.

2. operating system osx el capitan    

3. photoshop cc 2015

4.  print studio pro 2.1.0

 

i have read other solutions issue don't work.   running psp digital photo professional.  i'm pro photographer , costing me lot of time, need running through photoshop.  i've tried doesn't appear under file/automate.    primary reason don't have folder in canon utilities called print studio pro, let alone , install files folder.   nor in canon/utilities/digital photo professional.   have reinstalled psp several times on last few months no avail.  tonight tried again re-install psp , refused open because told me have software installed.   hesitant uninstall.   have done full search , files don't seem there despite fact can use them dpp. 

canon sick of me , have no solution.   if able appreciate it. 

 

as side note, have other canon software issues not related photoshop if using printer el capitan , happy me ask other questions please let me know.

i have found solution!!!  3 days ago canon usa have updated of software.  version works.  followed instructions previous posts.  has taken me months work out extremely happy.

Adobe InDesign CC 2017 has stopped working

after installing indesign cc 2017 first time, when try launch application error "adobe indesign cc 2017 has stopped working" i have tried following: uninstalling , reinstalling indesign deleting files c:\users\<user>\appdata\roaming\adobe\indesign , c:\users\<user>\appdata\local\adobe\indesign i've uninstalled (i think) fonts had downloaded , installed restarted computer many times signed out of creative cloud , signed in   i able install , run on different computer i'm assuming there sort of conflict or missing component on computer.   computer details: processor intel core i7-4770k ram 16 gb os windows 10 pro ver. 1607 build: 14393.447 video card nvidia geforce gtx 970     this error windows event logs: faulting application name: indesign.exe, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f545c7 faulting module name: appframework.rpln, version: 12.0.0.81, time stamp: 0x57f547eb exception code: 0xc0000005 fault offset: 0x000000000009fa88 faulting process id: 0xcac...
