After Effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup after installing OS El Capitan

hi guys

 

i had update os magic keyboard 2 work reason error after effects.

all other cc 2015 programs still work fine.

 

error "after effects cc 2015 can’t continue: unexpected failure during application startup".

 

what easiest way fix it?

have urgent deadlines need sorted.

if upgraded mac os, it's have permissions problems. find library folder , adobe folder in there. set folder , of contained folders read/write.

alternatively, rename adobeold or something. happen ae recreate folder proper permissions when launch ae again.

 

if that's not issue (and if is) should consider installing cc 2015.3 release or cc 2017 release of after effects , see how work you. has been improved initial cc 2015 release.
