Widget issue - HTML5 vs SWF

hi all,

here's setup:

cp 9.0.2.437

project has 4 slides, each same image on (could use image master slide well).  slide 2 contains youtube widget, slide 4 contains digital clock widget.

 

publish swf , view = no issue

publish html5 , view = issue

 

the issue that, when slide 2 or 4 starts, whole thing flashes briefly. visible disappears half-second. so, there not smooth continuity between slides 1 , 2 or between 3 , 4.  in actual project, have 5 slides out of 20 use youtube widget - great except each of these 5 slides flash off , on start.

 

i've tried sorts of things try , work around it, nothing change has impact. run locally vs online , via scorm.cloud.  i've talked customer support issue, claim unable reproduce problem. so, advice or ideas appreciated!

i did find workaround think work: master slide objects flicker during project...

 

it's not ideal because means can't take advantage of master slides.... fixes issue having.
