Unable to convert document using Export PDF service
i installed acrobat reader on windows pc. purchased export pdf 2 days ago. account info shows purchase went through. when go export pdf , select document, select excel, , hit convert redirected web page offering me buy product. rebooted several times no success. on windows 10. tried same thing on ipad same result.

as mentioned above, have checked account , see adobe export pdf subscription registered same email address have used sign in on adobe forums.
you may please follow steps mentioned below-
- quit adobe reader dc reopen it.
- sign out application, go help> sign out
or upper right hand side click on name , "sign out"
- sign in using same adobe i.d , password
- try converting document , check again
as export pdf online service can use through desktop application adobe reader dc.
in order see whether subscription has been activated or not, may please try converting document online through
note:- adobe export pdf helps converting pdf files editable word, excel or rtf(rich text format) documents(it doesn't work visa versa)
