Charged $130

hi,  don't check credit card bill till end of month see need pay. confused see $130 has been charged year plan,  since never signed renew again. had no emails them renewing plan , went on see plan cancelled months ago isn't cancelled. money feel cheated, since can't afford $130 plan thought cancelled , never use.  have year no reason.  please give me money back.
